Ah, the new blogger does look prettier!

Just handed in my LLS take home exam and had lunch with mum and my sister. More on that later. Maybe.

THINGS I HAVE LEARNED FROM RUGBY IN VARIOUS FORMS
# All Human Nature is pretty much good for is singing the national anthem. Which is fair since their last hit was the ridiculous NSYNC rip off "He Don't Love You [sic]" *shudder*.
# And what a doozy of a national anthem it is. Sigh. It's like a very very average hymn- nothing like the Star Spangled Banner or even the NZ anthem which really stir the blood.
# Australia's answer to the Haka (i.e. Waltzing Matilda) is horrid. It's SO EMBARRASING! I think we should stick to watching the NZers do the Haka in stony silence like everyone else instead of trying to retaliate.
# All Wendell Sailor is good for is grabbing the ball from someone and then running like a rapid bulldozer down the side of the field towards the try line and occasionally succeeding. That's all I ever see him do.
# Players should wear longer shorts or lycra bike pants or something so their shorts can't get dragged up their bum cracks during tackles (Origin II).

I saw the Matrix Reloaded (finally) last night. All in all it was very entertaining, but I was having trouble suspending disbelief in some bits, due to their totally RANDOM nature. Like the random sex/tribal dance scene. It wasn't even particularly tasteful. Hrr. And the old doddery ASIAN keymaker...how funny was he?? Doddering through the doors...hehe! And the fact that he looked like Colin Fong, my Legal Research lecturer from 2 years ago didn't help either. And how after Neo saves Trinity's life by pulling the bullet out (well you should have seen it earlier then!) all she wants straight after is a quick (ok, maybe not so quick) snog....arrrgh! And the whole superman thing...aiiiii. I could go on and on....hehe.
