Argh! All in all, I think I've had a really BAD WEEK so far, and it's ONLY TUESDAY.

Sunday-Monday's crisis: I had a confrontation with Dave over the whole crude comment incident. It was emotionally draining like you wouldn't believe and after Sunday night he reall didn't get my point at all and just got offended and said that I was judging him. Grrr. So on Monday I was really quite preoccupied (for some reason that word looks like 'porcupine' to me. Hmm...) with the whole thing, and wrote him an email to clarify everything. The thing that was most frustrating was that he just wanted to forget about what I'd said and didn't even acknowledge I'd made a point. If he'd just gone "Yeah, Em, I see what you mean, but I think you're wrong" then I could just have left it....but seeing as that was not the case...well...yeah. I haven't heard from him about the email, so whatever, I leave it in God's capable hands.

Tuesday's crisis: You know how I said I managed to finish those two assignments before time?? Well we all know it was too good to be true! Because today, the Investment Management Modelling one was due. But an hour before it was due in the middle of the lecture, I was looking through someone else's and they'd included a table we hadn't. And then I looked at another one and they'd also included the table.....so we raced off to fix up our assignment and luckily got it done. But really, it was my fault because I was compiling and didn't read the question properly...gay!

To add insult to injury, for the other assignment (for Law, Lawyers and Society) we made a video and I was the one who was editing it. And it turned out that I actually stuffed it up in a section and edited it so it actually said the opposite of exactly what it was supposed to say!! (To put this in context tho, I wasn't there when they filmed the thing, and wasn't told that it was supposed to be like that!) Grrrrrrrrr. And then on top of that, the chick who's section it actually was looked really pissed off at me for stuffing it up so I was frazzled! (But it turns out that she's over it, so all is well. That, or she's not being honest with me. But it doesn't matter- for all intents and purposes, all is well!)

So yeah. Hope this week gets better FAST!
(And I hope our presentation goes ok tomorrow. Fingers crossed!!)
