On hold

Bah.

I finally succumbed to calling tech support to help me with my stupid malfunctioning network. I've been on hold for about....feels like about 20 mins so far.

"Your call is important to us and has progressed inthe queue. We appreciate your patience."

Now that I'm talking to the guy, he's fairly inept....bring back the nice support dude from bogpond!...I'm sitting here on the phone and he's silent....dunno what he's doing.

Now he's gotten me to rack off by saying he doesn't have a mac with him and doesn't know how to find the IP address of my card....grrrrr...

O well, at least he figured out how to make the net connection work on the other laptop...
