Kicked in the guts

Hello!

Well it turns out those rumours about HDY were true! I got my rejection letter in the mail today. Funny...yesterday I was all ok about it, but when I was holding the rejection letter in my hot little hand I felt like I'd been physcially kicked in the guts. I recovered about half an hour later...but still...it was initially very depressing.

In my inbox today were two further rejections....so that brings me to a 4 from 4 strike rate of rejections so far!! =p

I've decided that if I can't land a job anywhere, that after College of Law (which takes about half a year), I'm gonna take the rest of the year off and "do things I've always wanted to do"...sew (today I customised this top which was formerly a shapeless 2nd hand turtleneck Katie's jumper...I really like it now! =) and try to get Random Frill off the ground with Roz (you heard it here first everyone! Remember that name...Random Frill!)...try and make something of my songwriting....

The world will not crash around my ears if Summer Clerkships don't work out for me. Definitely not!
