The Buzz

Just got back from rehearsal for Law Ball tomorrow night...it wasn't as bad as I thought it was gonna be! In fact, it was heaps of fun.

Not the "none of the cool-people-who-instinctively-identify-each-other-as-cool-and-clique-together didn't talk to me" bit...that kinda sucked. (On a side note, why do people swear randomly?!?!? I don't get it!! E.g. "That was f***ing great!"; "Should we just f*** that bit there?"...)

But just singing with the band and being able to "go off" (in the sense of letting it all rip, not going off key...that would have been bad...) in a way that you just can't at church (not that I've sung at church for a while) was awesome. (I pretend I'm Christina and do all these runs...can't do them anywhere else, so this is the forum!) Heaps of fun. Hope the crowd tomorrow night is good...I get a huuuge buzz from doing all this! This will be the first gig that I've ever done out in the world (as opposed to with church), so hopefully it's a blast.

Plus I managed to get 2 pairs of lovely earrings for $25 all up...so now I have to pick my accessories. What do you think....big chandelier earrings and no necklace? Or smaller but still quite out there earrings with necklace? My top is pretty bare...hmmm.

Oh and also if you're reading this before Saturday night, can you please pray that I don't get sick in between then and now...heaps of people at rehearsal were sick, and I don't wanna go down that path!! Thankyou God for keeping me healthy! =)
