Weird spending habits
I just spent $81 on skincare and make-up products, without thinking much about it (well the cleanser I bought was a total whim. The foundation I've been thinking about for more than 2 months now). $81 is the much better part of $100. I tell myself I need them both (well I sort of do...in a little over a week I'll be wearing the foundation every day so I should get a good one...and I am running out of cleanser....) and that i got a good bargain (saved about $40 all up).
But contrast that with the agonising I go through to buy ONE $10 CD, or my intense aversion to spending $70 on boardies.
My spending habits just don't make sense.
Was I so blase about it because it was on my credit card?? Because I see the value in skincare products?? I don't know.
One thing is certain: I don't intend to buy ANYTHING unless absolutely necessary when I start earning money. "Squirrel squirrel squirrel!" is the motto!
(Sorry you just wasted your time reading that post. I shall make effort to post something more worthy next time =)

What does "absolutely necessary" mean?
Please explain. I need that explanation.
Absolutely necessary = Can't live without it.
Justifications such as "But I don't have a pair of purple sneakers, and these are really cheap!" will not cut it.
