From the mouths of babes

A kid in Dad's surgery the other day remarked to Dad "Your hair looks like a hat!"
Hehehehehe....our family doesn't call Dad's hair "The Visor" for no reason....hehehehe.

I was jogging yesterday (yes, I was actually jogging), and I happened to go past this house where this little kid (aged about 4?) was sitting on his fence. I was rather surprised when he sang out to me "Hello!" So I cheerily said hello back. Then he came back with this corker...

"Are you trying to lose weight?"

(If I was someone else, maybe I would have stopped to rebuke the kid's impudence, but as it was, I said "Yup!" with a big smile and jogged on my way.)
