He uttered the magic words

So I went for a 2nd interview today at the place I thought I hung myself (obviously others hung themselves worse than I did!). I still can't pick how it went (I mean, I thought it was not great - worse than last time...but who knows? I refuse to commence post mortemming it again!).

But I was having coffee with one of the senior associates there (no, not of my own voilition, it was part of the process!), when he uttered the magic words...

"I love working at M@ll350N5."

I almost choked on my flat white while wondering "Is this dude for real!?! Did someone put him up to say that!?!?!?" He said it with a perfectly straight face. Actually he didn't meet my eyes when he said it, he kinda looked down at his coffee cup as if it was a deep dark truth he was finally admitting to himself by saying out loud.

Hehehehehe. I thought it was hilarious. People actually SAY stuff like that!!

I suppose that is why they are the selected coffee-taker-out-erers.
