Re-living the Dawson days

I got it on Saturday and have watched the 5 eps on disc 1 so far. I seriously forgot how anal Dawson is and how he made eeeeverything about him! I forgot how irritating Andie was! (Wasn't Meridith Monroe like....30 something when she was in Dawson's Creek...30 something playing a 16 year old. Right.) I forgot how they all carry on like they are 20 somethings, and what implausible 16 year olds they are!! (I am quite, quite willing to suspend disbelief though =) I'm having a blast watching it though...it's like reuniting with old friends =)

At the moment I'm currently tempted to skip over to episode 19 which is the "Daydream Believer" episode set at Dawson's aunt's place...one of my faves...hmmmmmmm....veeeery tempting...

I used to watch my Dawson's Creek season 3 tapes while procrastinating from study in year 12. After watching them I'd get so wistful for their idyllic lives and end up spending an extra hour or so on top of time already wasted moping about my not-so-idyllic life! Ahhh, the memories =)
