At it again
Can you believe that the year has hardly begun, and yet I am procrastinating and avoiding study like I never had a 3 month break!? This is ridiculous!! Even more ridiculous because this is my 5th last chance to make my WAM move in an upward motion. ARGH! Damn Summer session! My Employment Law exam is this Saturday and I haven't looked at the stuff properly, much less read through all the cases (bar 3 or so!). O dear.
But yeah, Uni starts in earnest tomorrow...first day of what is hopefully my last year! I don't actually have much nostalgia over my Uni years. For the most part they have been totally un-eventful and non-life-changing (except for making some friends who I'm sure will be friends for life). No wild and out there experiences (though there are a few memorable ones- our foray into the wilds of ...wherever it was...some remote no-where on the Central Coast; enthusiastically embracing Street Funk dance with Roz, then bludging 2 of them after having walked most of the way down to the Roundhouse; having highly animated conversations with the class nerd in Fed Con- polite laughter at his utterance of "I mean, you'd have to be an IDIOT not to get an HD with Henry's spoonfeeding!"; being branded as a 'twin' by our lovely IMM lecturer; joining Law Ball band on a whim!) but just a collection of fun memories. Of course I'll miss the lifestyle though (come back 2 day weeks, come baaaack!). The thought just briefly passed through my head that perhaps this year I would do something really different and have a hugely active Uni life- but just as quickly as it came, it vanished. Naaaaaaahh...can't be stuffed! The beauty of Uni life is that you can be a bludger or a go-getter and still find a place for yourself somewhere, as opposed to be cajoled into participating in whatever.
On some of the forms I fill out at Uni, you have to write when you expect to complete your degree, and I have been putting down November 2005. That's this year! Yay! Argh! Yay!!
=)

It's called Ettalong Beach! Highlights of which include my feral salad which tasted like it was swimming in nail polish... and playing the drinking game with the tiniest shots in the history of mankind...!
sausage
Well that's only because Sarah was freaking us out with her shakes and what have you!
I don't remember a nail-polish salad...I remember good pasta though!
