Ergh, bureaucracy.

(I was just perusing my blog entries...apparently I have 360. Some of them are very very incriminating. Though....bygones, people!)

I'm trying to start College of Law today. I figured I might as well, since I'm not doing anything which is particularly taxing this session. The course I wanted to start actually starts TODAY, so when I spoke to the dude (who was pretty helpful), he said something to the effect of "Fax everything through, and I'll give you a call later to tell you to come in and finish off the process, but make sure you do it soon because accounts close in the afternoon." So I rush around getting all the info prepared (which, to be fair, wasn't THAT arduous a process) and fax it off to them at 9:50 this morning.

Well, it's 11:17 now, and I haven't heard anything. Grrrr.

In addition, I tried to contact the HR woman at KPM& to discuss whether they'll still cough up for the course even though I'm doing the bulk of it before I actually get there....but I got her voice mail. Well how am I supposed to know whether to enrol in it or not!?

How can anyone be expected to do ANYTHING with people being so darn slow! Gah.

I'm going to call College again. Hmm. I reckon even if kpers won't pay for it, I'll do it anyway. I really am not keen on the idea of working and studying simultaneously. YUCK! Imagine working all week and then having to STUDY on the weekend....though, on the other hand, it IS 6 grand. Hmm. Hmm.

....Now to convince them to pay for it.........
