Dangling from a tenterhook (ouch!)

I googled tenterhook by the way. It's a hook they used to hang cloth off when they were making the cloth or something. File that away in the "Things you always wanted to know" folder.

But yes, I'm still dangling from a tenterhook. I am in such a horrible state of suspense just waiting for a phone call or for a *ding!* to tell me I have new email....aaaanything. It's terrible! I just want to KNOW whether I got the job or not! It's really pre-occupying me and I really don't have excess space in my mind at the moment for all this pre-occupation!

ARGH! I need something to take my mind off everything. Succession is just not doing it!
