Some couples make me sick
I just had to say that.
It's just the gushy factor. I can deal with the PDA factor. But the gushy factor, when every little miniscule detail has to be related to their significant other...
I mean, ok, if you just started going out, that's fine, you can have a 3 month window of gushiness (I think that is quite generous, don't you!?). And it's also ok when I myself invite the gushiness (e.g. by asking you "How's [insert name]?") But the frequent, unsolicited gush of those who have been dating for more than 3 months in my book is just not on, ok!? Get a grip!
Or maybe I'm just a bitter/twisted individual who can't share in other people's happiness.

What is a typical gushy response? Are we talking about when someone starts coo-ing and saying "ohhh he's soo cute, the other day he.."?
Is that worse, or is it worse when you see a couple and you think "get a room for goodness sake"?
And what's the PDA factor?!
Good gawd, I hope I didn't display any of these factors. Actually, I don't think I have it in me to gush about anything in the first place.
Congrats on CBA although, it was very much expected you'd do an immediate start. SO it WAS for her to get on her high horse!! haha.
Expect to fill biscuit tins for a month before they put you on another role. hehe, it's not that bad, you just fill the containers on each level in the morning - the worst is when you get stuck with milk actually - you have to walk 4 flights of stairs carrying whole,skim,lite milk to each level!! Oh, and you have to lug reams of paper on the trolley and fill up photocopiers - I jammed the photocopiers majorly twice - both times required a fixing person to be called. I was quite proud. =P
haha, at work now we have ppl with aprons too!
But you know what the strangest thing is? There's a person who is the designated phone cleaner. He goes around to everyone's desk at work and cleans their phone.
